🛠 Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Service Execution Specialist, you will:
- Execute planned customer changes while meeting SLA and KPI targets
- Handle critical customer service requests during key lifecycle phases
- Provide rapid response during escalations and high-impact situations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and service delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional global teams within SAP ECS
- Analyze customer feedback and enhance execution quality
- Streamline standard operating procedures with automation enhancements
- Ensure operational excellence in SAP Enterprise Cloud environments
🎯 Technical Skills & Experience Required
- 5–6 years of experience as an SAP NetWeaver / SAP Basis Consultant
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis, SAP HANA, Lifecycle Events (Upgrades/Updates)
- Strong knowledge of:
- SAP NetWeaver
- SAP HANA
- SAP Sybase ASE
- Business Objects (BOBI, BODS)
- Experience with SAP Cloud Connector, S/4HANA (added advantage)
- Working knowledge of:
- Linux / UNIX environments
- Application Security, System Copies, DR strategies
- DB Export/Import and Client Administration
- Exposure to Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with ITIL Framework (preferred)
- Experience in global and virtual team environments
🎓 Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in:
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Information Technology / Management
🌟 Preferred Skills
- SAP Private Cloud or Public Cloud Operations
- Linux Pacemaker environments
- Technical documentation & Knowledge Base creation
