Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications, prototypes, and POCs
- Lead requirement gathering, technical planning, and test strategy
- Mentor engineers and guide technical decision-making
- Contribute with 70% hands-on coding
- Create architectural documentation and technical presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Develop elegant, well-architected web and mobile applications
- Work within Agile, SCRUM, or XP methodologies
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in web, software, or mobile development
- Strong technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Databases
- Strong experience with Kafka, Kubernetes, AWS, Caching
- Deep understanding of SDLC, TDD, Unit Testing, Architecture Patterns
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
