🧩 Key Responsibilities
A Day in the Life at Infosys
- Diagnose customer issues, identify pain points, and build innovative solutions.
- Own parts of the proposal document and contribute to solution design.
- Configure products, lead configuration pilots, and resolve solution design queries.
- Conduct demos, POCs, effort estimation aligned with budget guidelines.
- Lead small projects and contribute to organizational initiatives.
Advanced Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and blueprinting of Oracle B2C Service Cloud solutions.
- Convert business requirements into technical specifications and solution frameworks.
- Implement self-service portals, agent desktops, knowledge management & integrations.
- Guide clients on features like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync & more.
- Stay updated on Oracle B2C roadmap and adopt new capabilities.
💡 Technical & Professional Requirements
- 5–15 years experience in Oracle B2C Service Cloud (RightNow CX).
- Strong knowledge of B2C Service Cloud architecture, data models & customizations.
- Hands-on with Custom Scripts, BUI Extensions, Add-Ins, Business Rules, Workspaces.
- Expertise integrating with REST APIs.
- Strong programming skills: PHP, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ROQL, ConnectPHP.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong SQL & database understanding.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving & debugging skills.
- Oracle B2C certifications preferred.

- Oracle Cloud → Engagement Cloud (Sales Cloud) → RightNow CX
- Strong understanding of customer experience workflows
