Job Summary:
Oracle is seeking experienced Site Reliability Engineers to enhance the reliability, scalability, and performance of Oracle Cloud services. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, automation tools, and cloud infrastructure to support mission-critical applications globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available cloud systems.
- Automate operational tasks using Python, Shell, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, and other monitoring tools.
- Support Oracle Databases, GoldenGate replication, Exadata, Autonomous Database.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve service reliability, security, and scalability.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and on-call rotations.
- Build automation tools to prevent issue recurrence and enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud, OCI, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible.
- Scripting and programming knowledge: Python, Shell, Perl, Java.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaaC).
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database, Exadata, Autonomous Database, GoldenGate.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MS in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- Experience in cloud-native administration and enterprise-scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with ERP/Finance/HCM applications is a plus.
