🌟 Job Summary
As an Expert DevOps Engineer, you will work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement, and maintain multiple SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP system components. You will manage cloud operations, system upgrades, maintenance, patching, and monitoring, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Design, implement, monitor, maintain, and optimize SAP S/4HANA systems for SAP Sovereign Cloud
✔ Setup multi-system landscape architecture and integration between heterogeneous system technologies
✔ Perform life cycle management activities: Hotfixes, Upgrades, and Enhancement Packages (EPs)
✔ Provision, monitor, and operate cloud services meeting SLAs and KPIs
✔ Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve operational issues; respond to incidents
✔ Work with systems administration, database administration, and landscape maintenance
✔ Maintain the integrity, security, and compliance of servers and systems
✔ Develop and monitor policies for computing resource allocation
✔ Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvements
✔ Partner with product development teams to enhance services
✔ Provide on-call support and flexible schedule, including weekends or after business hours
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years of SAP experience, including 2+ years in SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in implementation, upgrade, and support of SAP S/4HANA systems
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Expertise in Windows/Linux OS, HANA, databases, SAP NetWeaver
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution
- Security-first mindset; familiar with Cybersecurity, Governance, Risks, and Compliance
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing, Databases, Web services, networking, virtualization, and internet protocols
- Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills
- Willingness to work from office 5 days/week, with on-call duties
- Indian citizenship and ability to undergo security clearance
