SAP Labs India is looking for a Senior Cloud Architect to lead cloud transformations for enterprise customers undergoing RISE with SAP initiatives. This role requires expertise in SAP ECS, hyperscaler cloud architectures (Azure/AWS), automation, and SAP S/4HANA transformations.
🌟 Job Summary
SAP’s major customers are migrating ~150 productive landscapes to Azure & AWS while evolving their SAP S/4HANA environments. As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will ensure secure, compliant cloud solutions while driving automation and collaborating with ECS and customer teams.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Support architecture and technology advisory for cloud adoption
✔ Ensure secure and compliant SAP system environments
✔ Design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions for ECS private cloud adoption
✔ Collaborate with Technical Landscape Owners & CAE teams to implement solutions
✔ Contribute to root cause analysis and process improvements during operations
✔ Drive innovation through tool design and automation
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years consulting
- Expertise in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS)
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP NetWeaver
- Web Dispatcher
- Cloud Connector
- SAP HANA (XS/XSA)
- Knowledge of Web Dispatcher TLS Extension SNI + Azure GW V2 (advantage)
- Strong understanding of SSO, SSL/TLS, integration technologies, and cloud architecture
- Experience in Azure/AWS public cloud and network/cluster setup
- Technical architecture, implementation, and change management experience
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work remotely in global teams
