About the Role
TCS is hiring an experienced GCP Data Engineer for its Bengaluru location. The role focuses on building and managing cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform while supporting automation, optimization, and reliable system performance.
Job Description
Design and build scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. Work across compute, storage, networking, and security services to deliver stable and secure environments.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform or Deployment Manager. Create reusable modules, automate provisioning, and ensure environments follow standards and best practices.
Monitor and troubleshoot GCP workloads. Resolve performance issues, improve system reliability, and optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to support deployments and maintain operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions on GCP
- Build and maintain IaC using Terraform or Deployment Manager
- Monitor system performance and handle troubleshooting
- Optimize cost, reliability, and resource utilization
