Job Overview
Oracle Analytics Warehouse is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer with experience in data warehousing and cloud BI applications. The role involves customer support, debugging, automation, and working with development teams to improve product stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer issues and tickets within defined SLAs.
- Identify and resolve problems proactively to improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide solutions.
- Understand issues fully, including customer impact.
- Reproduce reported issues using logs and configuration details.
- Build and update knowledge base articles.
- Participate in technical discussions and documentation.
- Prioritize cases based on severity with urgency.
- Recommend process improvements and build automation tools.
- Work in shifts and weekends as per support schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
- BE or equivalent degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience supporting customers on Cloud or On-premise BI applications.
- Strong SQL/PL-SQL and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of ERP, Finance, HCM or EBS domains.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS or Fusion (preferred).
- Programming skills in Python or Java.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience with ETL pipelines and SQL performance tuning.
- Experience in build and release engineering.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
