Role Description
This role focuses on leading Generative AI initiatives, driving end-to-end project execution, and building high-performance AI solutions on Google Cloud and other major cloud platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on development of Generative AI, AI, ML, and Data Science solutions.
- Build production-grade systems using Generative AI and traditional ML components.
- Design and implement solutions on Google Agentspace, Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI, Agent Engine, and Google ADK.
- Develop GenAI applications using RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to build RAG-based systems.
- Use GCP services including Vertex AI, Vertex Vector Search, Gemini, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL.
- Work with agentic frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
- Build applications using Python with Flask or FastAPI.
- Ensure strong understanding and application of GenAI methodologies and techniques.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- 8–10 years in software engineering, including 3–5 years in AI/ML and 2+ years in GenAI.
- Proven experience delivering GenAI applications on Google Cloud or similar AI stacks.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, agentic AI patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
- Leadership experience in driving AI transformation projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
