Job Summary
Accenture is looking for an experienced Infra Tech Support Practitioner with strong knowledge of Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture & Design.
In this role, you will support and maintain production and development systems, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure smooth operations across server and network platforms.
You will handle both L1 and L2 support, offering remote and onsite technical assistance while working within defined processes and operating models.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical support for production & development systems
- Perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting across server, network, and storage platforms
- Implement OS-level technology across different environments
- Resolve hardware & software issues effectively
- Collaborate with multiple teams to drive technical decisions
- Support knowledge-sharing sessions and documentation
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Strong proficiency in Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture & Design
- Understanding of storage technologies and network protocols
- Experience with server administration & OS-level troubleshooting
- Ability to implement and maintain SAN solutions
