Job Summary
Accenture is hiring a Custom Software Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
As an Application Lead, you will design, build, and configure applications while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will be the primary point of contact for development activities and ensure alignment with business goals.
Your day-to-day role includes leading teams, reviewing technical decisions, solving complex issues, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead application design, development, and configuration tasks.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal/external stakeholders.
- Provide solutions for complex technical challenges across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior developers and guide them on technical best practices.
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Drive end-to-end delivery with high performance and scalability.
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to analyze business needs and convert them into technical solutions
- Experience in configuring & customizing Salesforce applications
- Deep understanding of application design principles
Good to Have Skills
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Qualification
- 15 years of full-time education (mandatory)
