Job Description
Accenture is looking for a motivated Infra Managed Service Associate to join its Technology for Operations team in Bengaluru. This position is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals with a background in Microsoft ASP.NET and a passion for IT operations.
As part of Accenture’s Tech for Operations (TFO) division, you’ll work on innovative and secure technologies that help clients build intelligent operating models, driving exceptional business results. You’ll collaborate with global teams to identify and build impactful technology solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Solve routine technical problems using established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Manage ASP.NET-based web applications and support operations.
- Contribute to maintaining and optimizing infrastructure systems.
- Handle multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as required.
