π Responsibilities:
As a Senior Systems Engineer (Linux/Solaris) at Oracle, you will:
- Deliver post-sales support & solutions to Oracleβs global customer base.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving technical issues.
- Provide implementation, patching, lifecycle management & disaster recovery support for engineered systems.
- Interface with client IT staff on complex technical problems.
- Ensure system standards & compliance are maintained.
- Enable customers to maximize Oracle engineered system features.
- Participate in customer-driven projects & provide escalation support.
π Qualification:
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle core products and platforms.
- Excellent communication & independent customer-handling skills.
