Job Description
Accenture is seeking a Cloud Services Engineer to join its Infra Managed Service Analyst team. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between clients and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations.
You will ensure that cloud orchestration and automation capabilities are maintained according to SLAs, while minimizing downtime. This includes addressing service performance issues, conducting stakeholder communication, and facilitating performance meetings to share service trends and consumption data.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between clients and Accenture’s operations teams.
- Ensure smooth service delivery and manage escalations effectively.
- Communicate service delivery health and performance insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular performance meetings to highlight service metrics and trends.
- Ensure cloud orchestration and automation systems operate within target SLAs.
- Provide proactive solutions to work-related technical problems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must Have Skills:
- Strong expertise in Backup and Recovery Systems.
Good to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud service management tools.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Exposure to cloud orchestration automation tools.
- Understanding of SLAs and performance metrics.
Education:
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
Experience:
- 2–5 years in Backup and Recovery Systems or related cloud services.
