π Job Description
As a Cloud Operations Engineer at Accenture, you will:
- Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Work across OS, databases, and virtual networks with scripting and automation.
- Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration and reliability.
- Provide operational support for compute, storage, network, and security issues.
- Oversee patch rollouts and release management.
- Act as an SME, collaborate across multiple teams, and make key decisions.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge sharing to enhance team skills.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
π― Required Skills & Qualifications
- β Must Have: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Administration (5+ years).
- β Good to Have: Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Shell Scripting.
- Strong understanding of incident management and cloud operations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting.
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
