📝 Introduction
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where IBM delivers deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients worldwide. These delivery centers provide locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
🎯 Your Role & Responsibilities
- Develop new features and fix defects in applications.
- Perform core technical aspects of software development, including prototyping and new code implementation.
- Work with API Connect, DataPower, API Proxy configuration, JWT, and Basic Auth.
- Collaborate with users, vendors, and customers with strong communication skills.
✅ Required Technical & Professional Expertise
- Education: B.Tech / B.E / MCA / MSc IT
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in relevant technologies
- Hands-on expertise with API Connect, DataPower, API Proxy, JWT, and Basic Auth.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XSLT, Gateway Script.
- Experience with XPath, HTTP status codes, GET/POST methods, and CRUD operations.
🌟 Preferred Technical & Professional Expertise
- Ability to test and troubleshoot issues across environments.
- Understanding of cryptography and OAuth.
- Knowledge of networking concepts.
🎓 Education
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
