Job Responsibilities
- 3–4 years of experience in managing and supporting Windows endpoints, server administration, configuration, and upgradation.
- Experience with O365 applications, Windows OS, software installation, Outlook, and server troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in datacenter management and endpoint security management.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Virtualization technologies.
- Ability to handle major incidents and troubleshooting in Windows domain.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes such as SLA, Change/Release Management.
- Experience in ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
