Job Description
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems. This includes both remote and onsite support for configured services running across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for L1 and L2 troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and implementing technology at the operating system level.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an SME and lead technical initiatives.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions across departments.
- Oversee performance monitoring and proactively resolve issues.
- Support server and network management activities.
- Mentor team members through knowledge-sharing sessions.
Required Skills
- Strong Linux administration expertise (mandatory).
- Experience with Red Hat OS Administration (preferred).
- Proficiency in server/network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation.
