Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching technologies (3–4 years).
- Strong knowledge of Networking & OSI Layers.
- Expertise in Network Security Concepts and secure network design/deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Firewalls, IPS, Routers, Switches, and Security Management.
- Excellent understanding of TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP).
- Knowledge of Routing Protocols, IP Addressing, Subnetting, VLANs.
- Experience with Firewalls, Internet VPNs, remote troubleshooting & problem resolution.
- Familiarity with server management & monitoring tools.
- Experience with ITIL & ITSM processes (SLA, Change/Release Management).
- Knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
- CCNA or CCNP certifications
