Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Linux kernel features.
- Collaborate with the open-source community to upstream developed features.
- Optimize IBM Power systems for performance and reliability.
- Work across teams to ensure seamless integration and holistic solutions.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Technical & Professional Expertise
- 6–15 years experience with Linux internals or operating systems.
- Strong C programming skills (C++, Python, and scripting desirable).
- Knowledge of computer systems architecture.
- Open-source contribution experience.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
