Job Description
Tata Consultancy Services is inviting applications for the role of DWS Solution Architect to lead and deliver innovative IT infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Service Desk, End User Computing, AWS, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), along with expertise in enterprise-level IT support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
- Manage Service Desk and End User Computing operations.
- Oversee Onsite/Field Support Services and Print Services.
- Work with Citrix Virtual Desktops (VDI) and Active Directory for secure access management.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet business requirements.
