🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable solutions for platform, database, middleware, or backup systems.
- Lead architecture planning, upgrades, migration, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Monitor daily operations and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
- Create SOPs, architecture documents, and service improvement plans.
- Manage team rostering, resourcing, and performance tracking.
- Provide weekly reports to leadership and clients.
- Ensure SLAs, CSAT goals, and compliance are consistently met.

🧾 Eligibility & Requirements

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and automation tools preferred.
