๐งโ๐ป Role Overview: Lead Administrator
As a Lead Administrator, you will be the key technical expert responsible for architecture planning, platform/database/middleware management, and day-to-day tower operations. You will also lead teams, manage resources, and ensure operational excellence in line with client expectations.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
๐ง Technical Operations
- Design and manage platform, middleware, database, or backup architecture
- Lead system migration, upgrades, configuration, and installation
- Strategize and implement disaster recovery and backup solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues with RCA and permanent fixes
- Develop shift rosters and maintain 24/7 service continuity
- Plan and implement automation and service improvement plans (SIPs)
- Provide detailed status reports to clients and internal leadership
๐ฅ Team & Resource Management
- Forecast resource requirements and manage recruitment and onboarding
- Mentor and guide team members for performance improvement
- Promote diversity and inclusion in leadership roles
- Conduct regular appraisals and provide constructive feedback
- Lead employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
