Project Role: Technology Support Engineer
Project Role Description:
Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Participate actively in team discussions and solution design.
- Provide effective solutions for system issues and improve performance.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with latest technologies and best practices.

- Strong proficiency in Internet Information Server (IIS) Administration.
- Knowledge of web server management and configuration.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting server issues.
- Understanding of performance monitoring tools.

- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
